Lucas Oil Race: Norwalk, OH June 18th - 22nd (Double Header)

19th Annual University Hospitals Cavalcade of Stars presented by Budweiser

*** DIVISIONAL / REGIONAL MOVE-IN ***

As you may recall, at last year’s Cavalcade of Stars we moved you in by class because of 4” of rain and the resulting flooding.  Many expressed how nice the move-in was, so we have decided to make it the norm moving forward. In the event you arrive after your categories scheduled time. Not a problem as we will work to park you in the order of arrival!

When we created the Cavalcade Of Stars Double our intention was to create a "Summer Classic" with plenty of racing for only one tow.  The Cavalcade is your event, designed with you in mind.  We understand that this created some anxiety by attempting to park Comp, Super Stock and Stock on both sides of the racetrack with scales and fuel check only being offered on the Ohio CAT Side.  That has been corrected.  Comp, Super Stock and Stock will be permitted to park on either side of the racetrack for the Cavalcade Of Stars.  If you choose to park on the Summit Side you are effectively placed in your National Event pit space.  If you park on the Ohio CAT Side for the Cavalcade you will need to move to the Summit Side and be hand parked on Sunday at a time to be determined based on Saturday completion.  

PLEASE do not move from the Ohio CAT Side to the Summit Side on your own.  Under the direction of NHRA National Event Parker Will Ray, William Tharpe, Evan Bader, Bill Bader Jr. and others will hand park you!  Additionally, racers leaving the property after the Cavalcade will go directly into Linder’s Lot upon your return.  

With all this in mind, here is the move-in plan and we look forward to welcoming you into our home for the 19th Annual University Hospitals Cavalcade Of Stars presented by Budweiser!

Parking

TD, TS, SC, SG, and SST entries staying for the Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals will park in their National Event parking spot for the Cavalcade of Stars.

Racers NOT staying for the National Event can park on the Ohio CAT Side pavement.
