As GM, you’ll:

✅ Lead and mentor a team of full-time and seasonal staff

✅ Manage event schedules (races, track days, rentals, community events)

✅ Oversee budgets, revenue streams, and sponsorship opportunities

✅ Ensure top-notch safety and facility standards

✅ Build strong relationships with racers, fans, and partners

What we’re looking for:

• Leadership and management experience (motorsports, sports venues, events, or hospitality a plus)

• Strong business acumen (budgeting, P&L, sponsorships)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to work flexible event schedules (nights/weekends)

• A genuine passion for motorsports
